Thank you for your interest in the educational ministry of Prospect Church! The mission of Prospect Church is "to be a family in Christ, reaching out to all with love, prayer, and service. Through worship, education, mission, and fellowship we experience God's love, forgiveness, grace, and call." Our diverse "family in Christ" includes people of all ages and backgrounds who are learning and growing as individuals and as a community. 

 

Faith formation is a lifelong journey that takes place both inside and outside church walls.  Hopefully this website will offer you tools that integrate learning and practice in church and home. Here you will find information  about opportunities for the gathered community as well as resources for you to use at home.

 

The goals of lifelong faith formation at Prospect are:    

•      To be in relationship with the Triune God: Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer

•      To hear God's Word in the Bible

•      To be good stewards of all of the gifts that God has given us

•      To love and serve  our neighbors

•      To seek justice

During this time when we cannot gather in our church building, the home is the only physical space where faith is being formed. We hope that this website, combined with our virtual offerings, will equip and support  you during this challenging time.
